Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Park at Emancipation, we aim to support the growth and success of our food truck partners. While this website serves as an informational and application portal, the following policy applies to all reservation fees, deposits, and lease payments made to the project.
1. Application Fees
Any fees associated with the initial vendor application (if applicable) are non-refundable. These fees cover the administrative costs of background checks, document verification, and application processing.
2. Security Deposits & Pad Reservations
Once a vendor is selected and a food truck pad is reserved, a security deposit is typically required.

Cancellations by Vendor: If a vendor chooses to withdraw their application after a deposit has been paid but before the lease commencement date, the deposit may be non-refundable or partially refundable based on the specific terms of the individual Lease Agreement.

Cancellations by Management: In the event that Park at Emancipation is unable to provide the space due to unforeseen construction delays or permitting issues, a full refund of the security deposit will be issued to the vendor.
3. Monthly Site Fees (Rent)
Monthly site fees and utility surcharges are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for vendors who choose to vacate their pad early or who are unable to operate due to vehicle maintenance issues or weather conditions.
4. Event & Pop-Up Fees
Fees for one-time events, pop-up commerce opportunities, or community festivals are non-refundable. In the event of a "Rain Date" or park-wide closure, Park at Emancipation will make every effort to reschedule the vendor for a future date.
5. Refund Processing
In the event that a refund is approved by management:

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (e.g., ACH, Check, or Wire Transfer).

Please allow 7–10 business days for processing.

No cash refunds will be issued.
